The following terms and conditions govern all use of Burrow.io. Burrow.io is owned and operated by Burrow.io. Burrow.io is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Burrow.io's privacy policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Burrow.io (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Burrow.io. By accessing or using any part of the web site or Burrow.io, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use Burrow.io. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Burrow.io, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
Users agree to use Burrow.io in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of data exported from your country of residence. Users cannot transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, contains viruses or is otherwise objectionable as determined by Burrow.io. Users shall not use this service for any inappropriate purpose, including reselling, duplicating or exploiting any part of Burrow.io without the written permission of Burrow.io. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of this Terms of Service Agreement and may subject the user to state and federal legal consequences.
A valid credit card is required for you to use Burrow.io on a month-to-month basis. Burrow.io is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or partial charges for partial months of service, or for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.
Burrow.io reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the use of Burrow.io for any reason without previous notice. Burrow.io reserves the right to change fees upon 30 days notice from us. Cancellation and Termination:
You are responsible for the cancellation of your account. You may cancel your Burrow.io account at any time by clicking on the “Cancel Account” link in the “Plans” section, and you will not be charged thereafter. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation is immediate. Burrow.io may terminate your account for any reason at any time.
Refunds will only be available for new accounts that are three days old or less. Refunds will be for the full paid amount. Refunds under any other circumstances will not be available.
Burrow.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to Burrow.io following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of Burrow.io will be in strict accordance with the Burrow.io Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Canada or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of Burrow.io will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Users of Burrow.io agree to hold harmless and indemnify Burrow.io and its affiliates, agents, officers and employees from and against any third party claim coming from or related to your use of Burrow.io, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind. In such a case, Burrow.io will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action. The failure of Burrow.io to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between Burrow.io and you and governs the use of Burrow.io superseding any prior agreements between Burrow.io and you.
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Burrow.io collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the burrow.io website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Burrow.io.
